The Business career requires you to work on your Charisma and Logic skills, whatever branch you choose. To progress faster, anything that helps you increase these skills more quickly will be useful, such as a aspiration to popularity.
Once engaged, you will have "Fill in Reports" tasks. This task can be completed by clicking on a computer and going to the web category.

Beyond that, you have to choose between the two branches. The investor branch will require a Focused state of mind to progress. For the management branch, you'll need to be Confident.
