Media
If you upload images to the site, we advise you to avoid uploading images containing EXIF data of GPS coordinates. People visiting your site may download and extract location data from these images.

By contacting us and using the contact forms, we collect certain information necessary to respond to your request, namely your e-mail address and login.
Newsletters
You can change your choice of newsletter reception at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of each email sent by us or via your user account.
When you subscribe to our newsletters, we store in our database your e-mail address, your surname, first name (if provided at the time of subscription) and your anonymized IP address in order to track our mailings. This information is kept for the duration of your subscription, and is deleted once your account has been deleted.
Messages
The content of private messages is only visible to the sender and recipients. The administrators may delete the content of any message that violates these rules.
In order to share exchanges, messages sent to the public forum are copied to our Discord server along with your nickname and a copy of your profile photo. No other information is transmitted.
Embedded content from other sites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other sites behaves in the same way as if the visitor were visiting that other site.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed third-party tracking tools, track your interactions with such embedded content if you have a logged-in account on their website.
Safety tools
Visitor IP addresses, logged-in user IDs and login attempt IDs are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and protect the site against specific types of attack. To obtain critical information about the behaviour of our visitors, we use Simple Analytics. This statistical system gives us information about our visitors in general, not about individual visitors. How long is your data stored?
If you leave a comment or message on the forum, the content and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This makes it possible to automatically recognize and approve subsequent comments, rather than leaving them in the moderation queue.
For accounts that register on our site (where applicable), we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All accounts can view, modify or delete their personal information at any time (with the exception of their login). Site managers can also view and modify this information.
