Visit Copperdale

Visit Copperdale

Copperdale is composed of three neighborhoods: Prescott Square (the city center), Rockridge Heights (the high school) and Plumbquartz Cove (with the English name of "Plumbite cove" but we imagine that Maxis preferred to avoid puns a little muddy on the French version 👀)

Follow the guide to tour the different districts!

Prescott Square

Rockridge Heights

It is thus in this district that the Copperdale High School. This is a specific type of terrain, and it is not possible to move it elsewhere without using mods, which are sure to proliferate as soon as the pack is released. To be precise, there are two terrains, the high school itself and the auditorium where the various indoor ceremonies and events take place. Around them you'll find sports fields for practicing new activities like American soccer or cheerleading. Having said that, you can't build a new high school, but you can redecorate or redo the existing one - you're even strongly encouraged to do so, as the current one deserves a good lick of paint...

We detail the interior of the school in our special article on gameplay. Speaking of the high school, let's also talk about the auditorium, a terrain made up of 4 variants. As with the Ecology extension, you can save a decoration for each occasion, including the famous prom.

Plumbquartz Cove

You'll spend a lot of time in Plumbquartz Cove if your Sim loves going to the carnival. This is where you'll find the famous attractions such as the Mine of Death, the Romantic Tunnel and the Ferris Wheel. You can visit these attractions on your own or with other Sims, and you can also go crunching. Note that if other Sims spot you, you could be banned from the attraction.
