The dancing skill in The Sims 4 Get Together

Depuis l’add on  » Vivre ensemble », la danse est devenue une compétence à part entière avec 5 niveaux de progression. Désormais, vous pouvez exhiber votre corps de rêve (ou pas ) en discothèque, sur la plage ou partout ailleurs ou la fête est de rigueur.

Afin de mettre toutes les chances de votre côté, le plus judicieux est tout d’abord de doter votre sims du nouveau trait de caractère  » Machine à danser  » ainsi il pourra progresser au plus vite et il dansera aussi très souvent de lui même si le libre arbitre est activé.

At the beginning, your sims will do repetitive and unoriginal moves but with practice, little by little, their choreography will improve and you will have new dance steps that you can perform to impress your friends. At level 1, you unlock the "wild arm", at level 2, you can "discuss dance techniques with other Sims" and perform "pop" moves. Level 3 marks a turning point, as you'll unlock a portable dance floor that will allow you to express your talent anywhere. Present in your inventory, it can be unfolded and set up anywhere in the world, similar to a tent for example. Level 3 will also allow you to dance around the fire. You will be able to juggle with flaming sticks: guaranteed effect on the spectators! The Jimmy's leg movement will also be part of your new skills.

Let's move on to the last two skill levels, if you've made it this far, you've probably had some memorable falls or very bad backs: indeed your sims won't always succeed in all the dance steps and sometimes they'll wallow in a rather comical way...

On level 4, you will be able to dance with a glow stick. You'll see if you do it in a nightclub under the spotlights, it's a very nice visual ! On the last level, you will acquire the back somersault: a very impressive step to show off at parties! You will also unlock a new pair of sneakers to dance with.

But dancing is not just for the individual, you can also dance with your friends. 5 group choreographies are available, you can also challenge another sim to a dance duel and dance in a group around the fire, what a great way to spend the evening!
