We're continuing our series of articles on apartments by taking a look at those created by players for The Sims 4. These plots are ready to be installed from the Gallery, and will also be compatible with the new plot type in the A Louer pack, so there's no reason to deprive yourself - you can go ahead and download!
We start with a field called "Modern Appartements built by Gaiatri. A small recent building, designed in anticipation of the extension with 3 unfurnished floors. Perfect for furnishing with the new items arriving in December. The exterior style is all-purpose and can be placed in most neighborhoods.
If you prefer more traditional architecture, here's a plot that's perfectly suited to the style of Mount Komorebi. Designed by T23VB, the "3 unit apartment contains, as its name suggests, 3 small apartments hidden behind a laundry facade. The grounds are furnished - very furnished, in fact. So there's not much room to walk around, but it gets you into the mood right away!
We continue our real estate tour with a creation by the famous James Turner. If you like the style of San Francisco cottages, you'll love its construction. It's actually 4 small houses built side by side. Each interior is furnished differently, making it perfect for a first rental.
We finish with a land with a French name, "HLM apartments. Created this time by SandraL1996, it comprises 3 apartments, one of which is unfurnished. It's up to you to decide whether you'd like to charge moderate rents on this lot. In any case, the others contain everything you need and are even decorated in a fairly modern style.
