Ce vendredi soir à 20h, les SimGurus ont présenté le jeu Les Sims 4 Loups Garous. Des informations sur le gameplay, le nouveau monde et les nouveaux objets ont été données !

Create a Sim
A lot of new features in the CAS, especially on the creation of werewolves. The Sims will have two forms, one normal and one transformed. So it's quite classic but this time the two forms will be linked. If you change the physical shape of your normal Sim, his wolf version will also be changed, giving a creature shape faithful to your original Sim.
Une aspiration a été ajoutée dans le CAS mais elle fonctionne de manière différente des autres. En effet, de nombreux joueurs trouvaient les aspirations trop simple. Il faut dire qu’elles ressemblaient davantage à des parcours de découverte des extensions ces derniers temps qu’à de vrais défis. Les SimGurus ont à priori entendu ces commentaires et cette aspiration sera en fait divisée en 5 parcours différents permettant d’explorer différentes philosophie de vie pour un loup garou.
Lunar cycles
Les phases de lune arrivent dans la mise à jour du jeu de base. Comme dans les Sims 3, il sera possible de modifier les réglages pour changer la durée d’un cycle. Chaque phase de lune aura un impact sur les créatures du jeu, impact qui est précisé en passant sa souris par dessus l’icone de la lune à côté de l’heure. Un exemple a été donné, un croissant de lune permet d’augmenter plus rapidement sa compétence Physique. Certains poissons et certaines plantes pourront être récoltées uniquement à la pleine lune.
Moonwood Mill
Moonwood Mill is a small village founded by werewolves on the ruins of an old logging operation. The architecture but also the secrets hidden by this world are the most visible evidence of it. After a war with the vampires, the werewolves hid in the village and dug a whole network of tunnels to travel quickly from one point to another but also to hide some objects. You will be able to send your Sims to search these tunnels which will give you the opportunity to find unique rewards but also to unlock secret passages, a kind of "quick travel" from one point to another of the map.
Hiding in the forest or wandering around town, Greg is a discreet werewolf. You can try to make friends with him, but your exchanges may quickly turn into a confrontation.
The grounds of this new world were built by the youtuber James Turner. One of them, the bar was particularly highlighted. The bar itself is inside an old bus. At the back of the field is a kind of bunker under the field, a meeting place for werewolves who are the only ones who can access it.
The world is composed of 5 fields, 4 of which are already occupied.
The werewolves
There are several ways to become a werewolf. First of all, if your baby sims' parents are werewolves, there is a chance (not mandatory) that the baby will be one too. However, the real powers will only be unlocked when the sims reach adolescence. In the meantime, you'll have to be content with teaching your offspring to howl at the moon. You can also get bitten to become a werewolf. Voluntarily or not.
If the bite is accidental, you can look for an antidote at the bar. Other means also seem to be present.
Different phases punctuate the transformation, including one where your Sim will be particularly hungry. Be careful to give him food so that he doesn't die.
Werewolves can be part of a pack, there are two pre-existing packs and it is not possible to create another one (this was planned so that the pack stories could be featured throughout the game). The two packs have different values. One is rather proud of being werewolves and is looking for ways to live with it while the other wants to get rid of the curse.
Les loups garous ont des besoins particuliers mais ont surtout une jauge de fureur. Celle-ci se remplit si votre Sim fait des actions en particulier définies par son tempérament. Certains Sims pourront devenir furieux en effectuant des interactions romantiques, d’autres en allant au travail. Les tempéraments sont choisis aléatoirement en fonction de vos traits de caractère.
New recipes
Several recipes have been added to the pack, mostly meat based to keep the wolves happy. Different cooking methods for steaks have been implemented with different effects. If a normal Sim eats raw meat, the effects could be visible quickly...
