My little neighborhood
We don't have Open Worlds or Open Quarters, so I often feel that the world around my Sims' house is too empty. So I wanted to be able to use my 64×64 lot to separate it into "my lot" and a park and cafe "next door". This Mod allows you to create more life in your neighborhood with a "Park next door" and more.
How the Mod works :
You'll find a new lot feature in Build buy that you can add to any residential or community lot.
This batch trait will activate all mod features.
On doors, you'll find a new "My little neighborhood" menu with new interactions to activate (and deactivate) "neighboring door types".
For the time being, the following types have been added:
- Park Next Door (Enable/Disable)
Toddlers to seniors will appear and visit the park. Toddlers can also bring a parent with them. Visitors will use most of the outdoor objects, such as chess tables, skating rings, swings, basketballs and more.
Vendors also appear when a market stall is on the ground (a maximum of three market stalls/vendors are supported). - Café next door (Enable/Disable)

A Barista will appear around 8am. Customers will arrive shortly afterwards. After around 10 p.m., the café will be closed and no more baristas/customers will appear. Customers and the barista currently on the lot will leave shortly after 10 p.m. - Other "neighbor types" will be added in the future...
Important information:
To make spawning more natural, visitors/customers will also spawn outside the lot and walk to your lot. Keep in mind that the default zone limit is 20 Sims. This means that a maximum of 20 Sims will spawn, which includes your own home and all other Sims/animals spawned on your lot and around your neighborhood. I recommend using a Mod to increase the default value if your PC can handle it (e.g. with MCCC). Weather conditions influence the Sims' chances of visiting. For example, when it's freezing, no park visitors will appear, with the exception of a few fools.
Since all Sims Mods are allowed on your property, I recommend locking your doors and gates to prevent them from entering your home!
Parameters
There is also a new settings menu under the Pie "My Little Neighborhood" menu where you can find the following settings:
General parameters

- Shared billing (Enable/Disable)
If you activate the Shared invoices option, your invoices for each neighbor type will be reduced by 10 %.
- Concierge (Enable/Disable)
A concierge will appear around 9 p.m. or 6 a.m. depending on the types of "neighboring doors" added. Concierges clean and repair and stay for around 3 hours. You can send them home earlier using the "Send Home" option on the concierge itself. - Allowing cats (Enable/Disable)
*only available when a chat is available
Allows local cats to visit the grounds. - Allow Dog Owner (Enable/Disable)
*only available when a household with a dog is available
The dog owner can also visit the site.
Fleet parameters
*only available when "Park nearby" is activated
- More visitors to the park (Enable/Disable)
Limits the number of visitors. (Default: max. 3 infants, 3 children, 3 teenagers, 3 young adults - adults and 2 elderly people at the same time). - No Toddlers at Parks (Enable/Disable)
Prevent young children from breeding in "neighboring parks".
Thecoffee parameters are only available when the "neighbor café" is activated .
- More visitors to the Cafe (Enable/Disable)
Limits the number of visitors that can reproduce. (Default: a maximum of 9 customers can appear at the same time) - Second bar ista (Enable/Disable)
An extra barista will appear to work on a second espresso bar, to help clean up or to stand by and look good.
Mods recommended for this function :
- "T.O.O.L." by Twisted Mexi allows you to move objects outside the field, which can also be used by visitors.
- The Sims 4 MC Command Center from Deaderpool to allow more than 20 Sims to appear in each zone.

Optional addons
Hide Interactions
Addon that moves the Batch Trait to a Batch Challenge since you can only have three Batch Traits but an unlimited number of Batch Challenges.
