Ah, San Myshuno, with its cows, farms and peasants... Ah, I'm told in my earpiece that I'm not looking at the right pictures, ah yes indeed, it's skyscrapers and buildings galore! Come with me on a tour of the streets of this new big city!
Generally speaking, all mini-neighborhoods are composed in much the same way. A small square with food stands, a festival space (except for the posh district) and toilets (yes, it is important to think about it). Each neighborhood is composed ofone or two community lots and two buildings. On the park side, it's a 64×64 field that awaits you and where you should be able to let your inner builder's imagination run wild.
Let's start with this park. You have heard about it with the different videos and articles of the official blog, it consists of a building with the appearance of old museum and a vast field where you can say "yes" to your soul mate and go to heaven. You can also do it literally because a large telescope is here to take you to the edge of the universe. Who knows what your Sim will see...
On the side of the chic districtThere are several spaces available to you. You should know that all the buildings and all the activities are centered on the central square, so far so good, but beware, this square is hundreds of meters high and you will see a big hole plunging on the rest of the city. Once you have passed the various fountains behind you, you will find the parlor. The political enthusiastsThe Sims who have a lot to say will try to rally the other Sims to their cause. This area is designed to accommodate a large number of people because of the number of chairs.
Another community field is located on the terrace of one of the buildings, it is the cocktail lounge where the elite will come to hear the latest gossip and enjoy a drink by the pool. If you prefer to stay away from all that socializing, you might want to check out the sports hall. And that the great sportsmen like me reassure themselves, you will be able to also admire the sight on the bay, it is not more evil...
Two buildings are there to welcome your Sims. Let's face it, the price of admission isn't cheap, but once you're comfortable in one of the new careers, you can easily afford them.
If you like more or less eccentric outfits, the fashion district is made for you. And this is where construction enthusiasts can practice their passion, since you will find one of the two penthouses which are, I remind you, entirely modifiable and transformable into community lands.
You don't have enough money to afford those big apartments? Too bad, let's go to karaoke ! As we are nice with you, we are going to give you a small advice, and yeah we are like that here... This karaoke is bigger and welcomes more public than the one located in the spice district. So if you want to do it discreetly, it's better to go to the other karaoke and avoid this one where you are directly on the stage (well, at the same time, there is no shame in singing, alone it's a bit sad but everyone does what he wants, we won't judge you, it seems that you sing more than 4800 times in your car, but I'm getting lost...)
Let's go now to the spice market area. Photography lovers should have a lot of fun with its downtown American atmosphere. Apart from that, what can we find there? A house, vi vi, a house and two apartment buildings with modern interiors. For fun after work, try your hand at basketball on the square with your friends and neighbors. Feel like singing a little? As I told you just above a second karaoke is built in the middle of the warehouses. If you join us, we are live and so just before the commercial I was explaining to you that the karaoke in the arts district was much better. The reason is simple, here everyone sings in a small room without an audience. So it makes it a bit weird... But if you want to practice your singing skills quietly, feel free.
We end with the arts district. The Gallery Casbah is open every day to showcase the artwork of the city's artists. To tell you the truth, it's not our favorite part of the place, it's a little bit empty actually. But that's okay, if you have a little time on your hands, take a stroll along the place where you will have the opportunity to sell your works on the flea market and if you buy and sell lots of items you will have the opportunity to buy small gift items including fireworks.
To simply summarize what I thought of this city, I would say that it is a blast! The landscapes are breathtaking and the apartments, although few in number, are well laid out. The only reproach that I will make about San Myshuno are the community grounds that, in my opinion, have been a bit neglected like the museum or the squares that without festivals are extremely empty. But if you want a beautiful city, I think you will be delighted.
