Tips and Tricks to succeed in your academic year Sims 3 University

Good evening.

I'm currently testing University and I'd like to suggest some tips (with a bit of a delay I admit) to make your year on campus a success. Be careful, I don't do any part about parties, social groups because I'm only interested in the degree and not in the social life, so you can complete me with your experience.

  • Keep this mod always up to date, you can take the Cheats modules, integration at least. The others are optional if you don't have tattoo or storyprogression.
  • Other functions of this mod ? Edit in CAS your roommates, fed up with always having the same ones in this damn dormitory? Change their face, body, sex, turn them into ghosts, mummies, werewolves ... And even define their features and skills goodbye burnt waffles that stink in the fridge! On your sim, you can give him a certain number of reward points in the long run, I will come back to this...

The first day, arrival, get familiar!

Here you are in the place, you chose, cheap as you are to live in a dormitory with 7 other sims for a Rent = 0$.

• If you have Seasons, install in the dining room a Granita machine, it saves your collocs from making all the time wasted food they are happy to eat their little ice cream.
• Add stereos in the common areas, so your roommates don't have to go into each other's rooms to dance in the middle of the night while the other is sleeping.
• To save space, use bunk beds if you have compatible Generations and du Store beds.
• In the dining room, living room or kitchen, add a coffee machine.
• Avec le mastercontroller  : Clic sur le Sim>Nraas>MC>intermédiaire>Créatures : Choisissez (temporairement si vous voulez) Sorcier. Ainsi avec une baguette Irisée dans le mode achat (forte précision des sorts, faible consommation de magie) vous améliorez en un clin d’œil tout l’électroménager !

Right, time to get to the association building! On the spot, make friends with the people, play the vulture on the presentation stand, take all the goodies, even several copies, lots of choco bars, lots of soda - it may help later, but beware of the "bourp the sim didn't like it, he's going to throw up" sometimes he has the "Under the effect of Sugar" state of mind, which is positive! 

Always have low-perishable food in your inventory, as well as a computer, your course book, and the special device for the curriculum.

Store them in a World Adventuress-style chest in your room, otherwise pick them up as you go.

Armored day of TP!

Ah Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, my Black Days! Be fit, but when you get ready in the morning, if you are brushing your teeth and the action comes to say "go to CM" wait, it's only in 1h30! • Take a normal effort, no need to work like a beast, otherwise you'll get stressed from the first hour!
• As soon as 10:00 am sounds, teleport to the next building, check your needs, especially hunger and fun bar.
• To do this eat food that you have in your inventory (2 per day in the inventory is good). And watch videos on your phone between 2 classes to raise the bar. Then go to class as usual.
• As I said in the title, we are happily cheating, otherwise my simette would have the mood of her roommates, that is to say always in the red. So here are the long term rewards she has and the ones in red are the mandatory ones for the game: Transcendental Sleep you sleep less than the others (and having a good bed helps too), elusive... etc. I didn't take rarely hungry nor steel bladder it takes away some realism and I have scruples.  

The Nraas MasterController can help you assign the necessary number of points (minimum 200,000 to be comfortable).

It's usually before the 3rd class that your sim will be hungry, that's when you eat your piece while watching videos.

Days of CM/TD!

It's quieter, release the pressure, you have time, likewise teleport at the last moment, be careful not to find yourself in front of a crowded door because to return...
Use your special curriculum device: Drawing board, brain device, radio transmitter, your sim can also read his course book.

If you have classes on an open patio and it rains, feel free to buy/build a shelter to avoid getting wet while using your machines.

Saturday/Sunday

Just because you live in a roommate doesn't mean you have to clean the whole dorm, get a housekeeper. If you have Ambitions, do the laundry if you want realism, otherwise go relax at the spa, sim burger, have a coffee, go bowling, finally go to parties...
