Building a dollhouse
Every little girl dreams of a dollhouse. Inside those 3 walls was the perfect life. Create that in The Sims by building a house that is completely open on one side.
I couldn't find who originally created this challenge, but it has been done over and over again by almost every Sim you can think of...
Rules:
- Create a multi-level house.
- Doors should be on the sides of each room.
- The house must be open to the front or back.
- The house should be at least 5-7 tiles deep.
- It should look like a real house from the front.
Solid Color Challenge
Another Sims Online challenge, you must build a house using only one color! Choose your favorite color or spin a wheel and let fate decide, then fill the house with items that only exist in that color. No purple fridge? Then you must do without. This challenge was created by GoldenSimmer.
Rules:
- One color per construction. Choose a color before you start by deciding for yourself or by spinning a color wheel.
- No objects of any other color are allowed.
- Don't change colors once you've started.
- Multicolored items should be primarily your main color.
- It must be a house.
- Mailboxes can be placed despite their color.
Legacy Challenge
The Legacy Challenge is a great way to push your building to the limit. The goal of this challenge is to create a fully functional basic house that costs less than 10,000 simflouz.
Rules:
- The total amount of land must remain below 10,000 simflouzs
- Must have at least one bedroom.
- Must include a functional bathroom and kitchen.
Outta this World Challenge
Create a unique home for an alien who has decided to stay on Earth for a while.
- Use ONLY the basic set and At Work.
- Must include a telescope.
- Must have a UFO on the ground.
- Must be "out of the world".
The Ugly House Challenge
Sims can sometimes be too perfect. Spice up your life by building the ugliest house possible. This challenge, which has been taken up all over the internet, will definitely take you out of your comfort zone.
Rules :
- Build an ugly house.
- Use at least 10 different colors on the exterior of the house.
- Don't build a box but use odd shapes instead.
- Use sad looking plants and trees in the garden.
- Debugging and cheating are allowed, but NO CC.
- No budget.
Ecological challenge
Think Green! Build a green family home for at least 4 Sims.
Rules:
- Must contain environmentally friendly features (appliances, solar panels, water recovery system, etc.)

- Must have a garden to grow food.
Seasonal townhouses
To complete this challenge, download #SeasonalTHshell from MisstoryPlays and decorate each townhouse in a different season. (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter).

- Each home should be designed to match a different season.
- Keep the seasons in order.
- Landscaping can be used to separate yards and should match the season and style of the home.
- There are no budget restrictions for this challenge.
The challenge of the dark side of Newcrest
I created this challenge myself because the Sims are far too perfect for my taste. Life is messy and dramatic. We don't all live in perfect homes or have perfect lives. For this challenge, you must turn Newcrest into a Ghetto! The streets of Newcrest must be lined with a run-down house, a squalid trailer park, or a pawn shop. Create a world that is less than ideal. If you complete this challenge, post your creations using the hashtag "GhettoNewcrest".
Rules:
- Choose any terrain in Newcrest and create a terrain that is less than ideal.
- Lots can be residential or community.
- The building MUST be dilapidated and "ghetto" looking.
- You can use debugging, game cheats or T.O.O.L. but NO CC.
- Upload the photos to the gallery using #GhettoNewcrest.
- The more ghetto the better
