A press release was sent out by EA today. It announces the boxed release of the Roaring Heights world on February 6.
Today, EA and Maxis announce that The Sims™ 3 Roaring Heights, additional content recently released as a digital download in The Sims3 Store, will be available in France on PC/Mac on February 6. In this new world, players will discover a city of a thousand lights nestled by the sea, where their Sims will lead a lively life reminiscent of a bygone golden age.
The Sims 3 Roaring Heights is a dynamic city filled with Art Deco-style skyscrapers. Players will find new places to take their Sims, dozens of clothes and decorative items to personalize their game, as well as the Car to Renovate. The Car to Renovate is a vintage vehicle that Sims can tinker with to bring back to like-new condition. When they're done, Sims can take it for a spin around town, enjoying the breathtaking architecture and pleasant beach neighborhood of Roaring Heights.
